Chef Ari Weisberg
Chef Ari began his culinary career at 15 in Phoenix. After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease at 18, he deepened his passion for creative cooking. In 2012, he moved to San Diego, working in production catering for festivals and music venues. After quickly rising to a managerial role, he relocated to Los Angeles to cater events for numerous artists and tours. By 2016, Ari was cooking on tour with bands like Panic! at the Disco, KISS, 21 Pilots, and more. Now, back in Paradise Valley, Chef Ari and his wife, baker Ashley, offer personalized dining experiences for any celebration.

After a career as a veterinary technician and animal conservationist, Chef Ashley entered catering in 2015. She discovered her passion for creating memorable experiences, especially for those with dietary restrictions or allergies. By 2017, she was baking professionally at festivals like Outside Lands, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Life is Beautiful, and touring with bands like 21 Pilots and Panic! at the Disco. Now, she enjoys baking at home in Paradise Valley with her two children, and looks forward to sharing her talents at your next event.
